No 1 (up to 4 guests)

The apartment is entered of the covered dining terrace which is so pleasant for sitting and relaxing al-fresco.

There is a garden with grass and palm trees frond of it with panoramic sea and Mountain View.

It has an air-conditioned twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.

It comprises a fully equipped kitchen and two more beds there are in its spacious living room.




No 2 (up to 5 guests)

The open plan design of the living room and kitchen affords a lovely feeling of spaciousness and comfort. Patio doors provide access to the covered dining terrace which is just the perfect place to watch the magnificent sunsets over the Bay of Almirida.

It has a well fitted kitchen and an inner hall leads to the two air conditioned bedrooms. The one has a double bed with patio door to a covered terrace and the other has two single beds.

Also there is a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep one person.




No 3 (up to 5 guests)

Architecturally designed it is airy, light and simple and most comfortably.

It is situated on the first floor so from the main entrance stairs lead up.

The open plan design of the living room and kitchen gives the feeling of spaciousness.

It has comfortable traditionally styled furniture and a well fitted kitchen.

An inner hall leads to the two air conditioned bedrooms. The one has a double bed with patio door to a small terrace and the second has two single beds.

Also there is a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep one person.


Two sets of patio doors in the living room open out onto the semi-covered terrace boasting superb view to the sea and Almirida village.

 

No 4 (up to 4 guests)

A few steps lead down to this apartment which is ideal for families who have small children.

The garden is frond of it, a simply incredible place to sit, relax and watch the sun set over the sea.

The spacious open plan living room is reached from the shady pergola and is most comfortably and traditional furnished.

It has a well fitted kitchen and its large picture windows overlook the garden area and the sea.

It has an air conditioned twin bedroom and a patio door leads out to a shared courtyard with next door apartment No 5. Two single beds there are also in the living room.
 

No 5 (up to 4 guests)

Next to No 4, there is this apartment which has an air conditioned double bedroom and a patio door leads out to a shared courtyard with next door apartment No4.

On parking the car next to the building, stairs leads up to the first floor. Two apartments there are on this floor, No 6 and No 7.

You enter the apartment directly into the simple furnished living room and the well fitted kitchen.

An inner hall leads into the two air-conditioned twin bedrooms. Both of these rooms have patio doors which lead out to the big terrace of the house.

Also there is a big white tiled full bathroom adjacent.

At the entrance of the apartment there is table with chairs in which you can enjoy your breakfast or your drink!

No 7 (up to 4 guests)

On parking the car next to the building, stairs lead up to the first floor. Two apartments there are on this floor, No 6 and No 7.

No 7 apartment has recently reformed by its owners and the simply furnished living room offers excellent accommodation for your holidays.

You enter the apartment into the open plan kitchen and living room. Large picture windows ensure that the glorious sea views are enjoyed from the visitors. Also a patio doors leads to the spacious covered terrace. Sit in the lounge or to the terrace and watch the boats of all types and sizes sail by.

An inner hall leads to the two bedrooms. The first is a pretty air-conditioned double bedroom with a patio door leads to the terrace and the second is a bunk bed.

Both share a shower room.

All apartments have open plan kitchen with cooker and fridge.
